  • Built multi-agent workflow so that:
    • Screening agent will parse resumes into structured profiles (skills, experience, certifications).
    • Ranking agent will compare profiles against job requirements using embeddings and ranking algorithms. It will review and assign score to each candidate resume based on relevance, skills match, certifications and cultural fit. Recruiters receive ranked shortlists with detailed reports and review.
    • Scheduling agent is integrated with calendar APIs to automatically schedule interviews.
